Inspiration: Little big books

This book arrived today. I couldn't wait to get it. "Little big books" showcases work of amazing children illustrators, who made excellent picturebooks from all around the world. This book is indispensable for inspiration. And it's the best companion for your morning tea, it makes you feel: "So many good artists are out there, why i'm still drinking tea?! Where is my pencil/pen/cintiq, i need to create something beautiful!"

Here are my top picks of artists i adore included in "Little big books":

Chris Haughton (creator of absolutely wonderful "A bit lost" and "Oh no, George!")

Marc Boutavant (autor of "Mouk")

Louis Rigaud ("Wake up, Sloth!", "Popville")

Tom Schamp (very detailed and charming style)

Marion Billet (very sweet and colorful characters)

You can get "Little big books" here (supporting local bookshops) or in amazon. If you have friends artists, this book will make amazing present, as well as any single book of all authors above.
Enjoy and draw more!
